Managing, Mediating and Litigating Estate Disputes
On March 30, 2016, Justin will be a speaker at Osgoode Professional Development’s seminar “Managing, Mediating and Litigating Estate Disputes.” Among other issues, the program will focus on helping lawyers determine the types of estate disputes suitable to an informal settlement, those that require formal mediation, or whether the dispute will proceed to court.
