Justin has been invited to be a panel speaker on the duties and challenges faced by estate trustees during litigation (“ETDL”) at STEP Canada’s 18th national conference. Justin will be speaking about the legal issues faced by an ETDL, while issues will include the administrative duties and practical challenges faced by many ETDLs.
