In the article “Clarity needed in estates after divorce”, Jacob is quoted stressing the importance of ensuring certainty in spousal status after a marriage breaks down and analyzing the case of Moore v. Sweet.
Jacob is also quoted in the article, “Pressure to find missing beneficiaries” where he discusses the use of Benjamin Orders in cases where a beneficiary of an estate is missing: the estate can be distributed as if the missing beneficiary predeceased the testator.
