Justin will be participating in the inaugural cross-country webconference presented by the CBA’s National Wills, Estates and Trusts Section.  Justin will be speaking in the second of three sessions, taking place on May 6.  Speakers during that session will discuss recent developments in the area of wills, estates and trusts in Yukon, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia, as well as developments in Aboriginal law.
