On February 7, 2019, Jacob will be presenting as a speaker at The Advocates’ Society’s Top Cases in Estates Litigation. He will discuss the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in S.A. v. Metro Vancouver Housing Corp. and the Divisional Court’s decision in Milne Estate.
