Justin W. de Vries will be speaking at the upcoming Bridging the Gap: Estates, Family Law, and ADR program, a live webcast hosted by the Law Society of Ontario. As part of a panel of experienced practitioners, Justin will address the evolving intersection of estates and family law, an area where disputes involving wills, trusts, and capacity increasingly require careful, strategic resolution. His session will examine how alternative dispute resolution (ADR) can offer clients a more efficient and cost-effective path forward (particularly in matters where preserving relationships and minimizing conflict are critical).

Drawing on his recognized expertise in trusts, estates, and ADR, Justin will provide practical insight into navigating these complex and often sensitive legal issues outside of the courtroom.
